Starting 3D

I sketched out a front and side view of my character and put it in maya to get a basic shape.  I plan on taking it into ZBrush and getting the details out, then take that and put it back into Maya.  Now, I've never done this before, but I'm excited to see how it pans out.  ZBrush is used a lot in character modeling, and I'm hoping to get a high poly look with a low poly model.
